- In another bowl, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Combining
- Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Stir to coat.
- Serve hot topped with green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Notes
For a perfect sticky texture, simmer the sauce longer. You can add vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas for more flavor.
