Bread and Toppings
  • 4 slices whole wheat or brioche bread Toasted for the sandwich.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, fresh herbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Lightly butter bread slices and toast them in another pan until golden.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sandwich by layering crispy chicken on toasted bread and adding your favorite toppings before closing it with another slice.
