Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
- Layer both cheeses evenly on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up, and gently press down.
Cooking
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted.
Notes
