Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cooking
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the salmon is cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and optional honey for the Bang Bang sauce.
Assembly
- Layer cooked jasmine or cauliflower rice at the bottom of serving bowls.
- Add shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and shredded carrots over the rice.
- Top with crispy salmon bites and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving.
